POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE DISCLAIMER

The Integrative Healing Practitioner Certification, including the Sound Healing and Breathwork Mastery program, is offered strictly for educational and personal development purposes. The content, teachings, techniques, and materials provided in this program are intended to expand knowledge and practical skills in holistic wellness disciplines.

This program does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult qualified healthcare professionals before beginning any new health or wellness practice. The instructors, facilitators, and program administrators are not liable for any health outcomes arising from the application of techniques taught in this program.

Completion of this certification does not automatically license graduates to practice as healthcare providers. Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction.

2. ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION

Enrollment in the program is confirmed upon receipt of a completed application form and the required deposit or full tuition payment. Seats are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility This program is open to adults aged 18 years and older. No prior certification is required unless otherwise specified for advanced modules. Participants with certain medical conditions may be required to provide physician clearance before participating in breathwork sessions.

Registration Confirmation Participants will receive a written confirmation of enrollment via email within 5 business days of completing registration. This confirmation will include program dates, access instructions, and a welcome packet.

3. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

Non-Refundable Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your place in the program. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree that this amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Personal schedule changes or conflicts

  • Change of mind or withdrawal from the program

  • Medical issues (unless accompanied by a verified physician's note — see Medical Deferral section)

  • Relocation or travel-related circumstances

  • Financial hardship

The deposit amount will be clearly stated on your enrollment invoice and is applied toward your total program tuition.

Payment Plans Payment plans may be available for eligible participants. All installment payments must be completed on schedule as outlined in the payment agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to program materials until the balance is brought current. Participants who default on a payment plan forfeit their deposit and any amounts paid to date.

Accepted Payment Methods We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our enrollment portal. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Beyond the non-refundable deposit, the following cancellation schedule applies to any remaining tuition balance paid:

  • Cancellation 60+ days before program start: Full refund of tuition paid beyond the deposit

  • Cancellation 30–59 days before program start: 50% refund of tuition paid beyond the deposit

  • Cancellation fewer than 30 days before program start: No refund of any amounts paid

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the program administrator. Verbal cancellations will not be honored. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–21 business days.

Program Cancellation by Provider In the rare event that we must cancel or significantly reschedule the program, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit, or the option to transfer enrollment to a future cohort.

5. TRANSFERS & DEFERRALS

Payment Methods

Participants who are unable to attend the enrolled cohort may request a one-time deferral to a future program session, subject to availability. Deferral requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the program start date. A deferral fee may apply.

Enrollment is non-transferable to another individual. You may not gift, sell, or assign your registration to another party.

Medical Deferral Participants who experience a documented medical emergency may be eligible for a credit toward a future cohort. A written physician's statement is required. Medical deferrals are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

6. ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION

Active participation is essential to the integrity of this certification program. The following attendance requirements apply:

  • Participants must complete a minimum of 80% of all scheduled sessions to be eligible for certification

  • Absences must be communicated to the program coordinator in advance whenever possible

  • Missed sessions may be made up through recorded content where available, at the instructor's discretion

  • Participants who fall below the minimum attendance threshold will not receive a certificate of completion

We recognize that life circumstances can be unpredictable. Please communicate openly with program staff if you are experiencing challenges — we will do our best to support your continued participation within the bounds of these policies.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants are expected to engage with fellow students, instructors, and program staff in a respectful, professional, and supportive manner. The following behaviors are grounds for immediate removal from the program without refund:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind

  • Disruptive behavior during sessions that impairs the learning of others

  • Misrepresentation of credentials or qualifications

  • Sharing, distributing, or reproducing proprietary program materials without written permission

  • Any conduct that violates applicable laws or creates a safety risk for participants or staff

We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and empowering learning environment for all participants.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program materials — including but not limited to course curricula, recordings, workbooks, guided meditations, breathwork protocols, and sound healing frameworks — are the exclusive intellectual property of this program and its instructors. Participants are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use these materials solely for their own learning and practice.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or public sharing of program content in any format — digital or physical — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. HEALTH & SAFETY

Breathwork and sound healing practices can produce powerful physical and emotional responses. Participants are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions prior to the start of the program. Conditions that may require physician clearance include but are not limited to:

  • Cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

  • Pregnancy

  • Severe anxiety, PTSD, or active psychosis

  • Recent surgeries or physical injuries

Participants engage in all practices at their own risk. Instructors reserve the right to modify or excuse any participant from specific exercises based on safety considerations. Program administrators are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction experienced during or after sessions.

10. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

We collect and use personal information provided during registration solely for the purpose of administering the program. Your information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Participants are asked to respect the privacy and confidentiality of their fellow students. Personal disclosures made during group sessions should be treated with discretion and not shared outside of the program community.

Program sessions may be recorded for educational purposes. Participants will be notified in advance of any recording and may opt out of on-camera participation for live video sessions.

11. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To receive the Integrative Healing Practitioner Certification, participants must:

  • Meet the minimum attendance requirements (80% of all sessions)

  • Complete all required assignments, practicum hours, and assessments

  • Demonstrate practical competency as assessed by program instructors

  • Maintain compliance with the Code of Conduct throughout the program

  • Settle all outstanding tuition balances in full

Certificates are issued within 30 days of program completion. Participants who do not meet all requirements will receive a letter of participation in lieu of full certification.

12. POLICY UPDATES & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

These policies are subject to change. Participants will be notified of any material changes via email with reasonable advance notice. Continued participation in the program following notification of policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.

By enrolling in this program, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this document.
