Liz has a remarkable gift for helping people dig deep and make meaningful changes in their lives. Before becoming a certified psychedelic integration coach with Third Wave, she spent seventeen years as a creative director and team lead for fashion and wellness brands, gaining global experience and valuable insights from mentors and mentees. Through this journey, she discovered her innate ability to reflect others’ latent gifts back to them and has since honed her toolkit to help clients embody those gifts.
